  1. Returns:
    • We accept returns of unused and undamaged products within 7 days from the date of delivery.
    • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
    • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@prastikaa.com or 01204976940 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
    • After receiving your RMA number, please securely package the item and include the RMA number on the package.
    • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
  2. Refunds:
    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 working days.
    • Shipping costs and order return shipping cost are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
    • Refunds are issued for the purchase price of the returned item(s) only.
  3. Exchanges:

    • Exchanges will be processed once the original item is received and inspected.

    • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 2 days of receiving the item to report the issue.
    • We may require photographic evidence of the damage or defect before authorizing a return or exchange.
